Restore purchases
In the app: open the Shop and tap RESTORE PURCHASES. Use the same Apple or Google account you paid with.
On flakrunner.com: sign in with the account you bought with, then tap RESTORE PURCHASES in the Shop.
Delete your account
Open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. Your account, cloud progress, scores, nickname and invite code are removed straight away, and you carry on as a new guest.
Can't open the game? Email us from your linked address, or send the Pilot ID shown in Settings. Purchases made through Apple or Google stay with that store account. All the details are in the privacy policy.
